Live Music & Dancing

Before the fireworks, the celebration begins with Mick Martin and the Blues Rockers performing at 6:30 p.m.  Poppy, the State Fair Mascot, will also be on hand to entertain and delight both young and old. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. The elaborate Sacramento Independence Day Celebration will include musical entertainment and fireworks, supported by media partner 107.9 The End, as well as Cal Expo sponsors Coca-Cola and Miller Lite.

Admission, Parking & General Info

General admission to the July 4^th celebration is FREE. Parking on the fairgrounds is $10. A limited number of $10 reserved seats are being sold online on Tickets.com. The day of the event tickets may be purchased at the East Gate Box Office located adjacent to Parking Lot D, beginning at 3
