Sacramento Independence Day Celebration Location: Grandstands Entrance Gate: Preferred Time: 05:00 PM - 10:00 PM Event Details: LIVE Harness Racing begins at 5:00pm. Live Music & Dancing begins at 8:00pm. Firweworks start at approximately 9:30pm.
